Agreements

Our Agreement customers enjoy priority service, and a 15% discount on repair bills. When we perform a cleaning for you during the months of October-November, or March-April, you automatically become an agreement customer. There is no contract to sign.

There are two kinds of Agreements

The Annual Agreement An annual agreement means we visit once a year around the same time each year to clean your A/C. For example, if you have a cleaning done in October, you will be notified every October from then on that your cleaning is due.

The Semi-Annual Agreement A semi- annual agreement means we visit once a year around the same time of year to clean your A/C, and we come back again the following season (in the same year) to perform a pre-season check. For example, If we clean your unit in October, we would come back in springtime (March-April) to perform a pre-season check ensure your equipment is ready for summer. You will receive notification from us via postcard or letter once a year for your cleaning, and 6 months after for your pre-season check.

Now Offering Blower Door Tests

Beginning July 1, Florida is mandating a change in the state’s building code (R402.4.1.2) that will require a blower door test on new construction single homes to make sure the home is more energy efficient. Bay Heating and Cooling is certified to perform this blower door test. The test takes about 40 minutes to complete from setup to finish, depending on the size of the home. During the test, exterior doors and windows are closed, and interior doors are open with the air conditioning system turned off and filter removed. This test works by de-pressurizing the home, which exaggerates air leaks and makes them easier to find.

We include a blower door test in all new construction, single family home air conditioning installations.
