The Semi- Annual Plan- (Our BEST Value) Includes everything in the Annual Plan, plus Pre-Season checks of your system. In the Spring, we check and/or clean your coils, check your blower for proper air flow, check your electrical connections, flush your drain, check amp draws of your motor and compressor (amp draws give us an indication if your motor or compressor may be about to go out), and check freon levels.  In the Fall, we do everything we do in the Spring PLUS check your heat relays are functioning correctly, inspect the combustion chamber in gas furnaces, and check for carbon monoxide leakage in gas furnaces.  To purchase online click here, or call 850 763 7702 or 888 750 7702.
