The name "Bay Heating and Cooling" may be new to you, but you have known us for a long time as "Davis Appliance Parts and Repair."  Since 2004, we have been licensed Florida Air Conditioning Contractors. (License # RA13067268)  We have done both appliance and air conditioning work for a lot of years.  In 2007, we decided to change our focus to Air Conditioning and Heating.  We chose the name "Bay Heating and Cooling" since we live and work in Bay county, and we love to spend our spare time in our bays fishing and playing in the water with our family!  So even though the name is new, we have been an established company since 1995.  We have enjoyed serving your Appliance and Air Conditioning needs in the past, and we look forward to serving your Heating and Cooling needs in the future.  Our technicians are factory trained.  We regularly attend air conditioning classes and conventions to keep up with the latest technology to pass along to you, our valued customer.
